Rebuilding a Website That Was Actively Losing Them Business

Rajdhani Recycling had a real, certified e-waste recycling operation. Their website did not reflect any of it. Broken structure, no service pages, no way to act, and painfully slow. We rewrote every page and rebuilt the site from the ground up.

The Project

A Certified Recycler With a Website Working Against It

Rajdhani Recycling Private Limited is a CPCB and UPPCB authorized e-waste recycler operating across India, handling everything from e-waste recycling and reverse logistics to data security compliance and IT asset management. The business itself was credible and operational.

The website was not. It did not reflect the scale of services the company actually offered, and it gave visitors no real way to act on what they were reading. A potential client looking for a certified, serious recycling partner would land on the site and leave with doubts instead of confidence.

The Challenge

A Website That Was Actively Working Against the Business

This was not a case of a decent website needing a refresh. The existing site had structural problems serious enough that they were likely costing the business real enquiries.

For a B2B recycling and compliance business, where trust and credibility are the entire sale, this combination of problems was actively turning prospective clients away before they ever got a chance to enquire.

What we found

Broken Page Structure

A broken page structure with no logical flow between sections.

No Dedicated Service Pages

No dedicated pages for individual services, everything crammed into one generic page.

No Clear Calls to Action

No clear calls to action anywhere on the site, visitors had no obvious next step.

Extremely Slow Load Times

Extremely slow load times that would cause visitors to leave before the page even rendered.

Outdated Website Design

A design that looked outdated and did not reflect the credibility of a CPCB and UPPCB authorized operation.

Weak Service Content

No content that properly explained the breadth of services on offer.

What We Delivered

A Full Rebuild, Structure to Content

Nothing on the old site was salvageable as-is. We rebuilt the structure, rewrote every page, and fixed the performance issues underneath all of it.

01

Site Structure and Architecture

We mapped out a completely new structure for the site, organising the business into clear categories: EPR Services (E-Waste Recycling, Reverse Logistics, Compliance Management, Environmental Awareness Campaigns) and Endeavors (Recycling and Recovery, Data Security and Compliance, Green Underwriting, IT Asset Management). Each service now has its own dedicated page instead of being buried in a single generic block of text.

02

Content Rewritten From Scratch

Every page on the site was rewritten. The about page now properly introduces the company and its certifications. Each service page explains what the service is, why it matters, and who it is for. The tone was rebuilt to read like a credible, certified B2B partner rather than a placeholder site waiting to be finished.

03

Calls to Action, Built In Everywhere

The old site gave visitors no way to act. We added clear, consistent calls to action across every page, "Partner With Us," "Request Pickup," and "Know More" buttons placed exactly where a visitor would need them, turning passive browsing into actual enquiries.

04

Performance and Technical Fixes

The site's slow load times were a structural problem, not a one-line fix. We rebuilt the underlying pages to load faster, cleaned up bloated design elements that were not adding value, and restructured the design system so the site renders quickly and reliably across devices.

Website Highlights

Built to Convert Visitors Into Enquiries

01

Dedicated Pages for Every Service

E-Waste Recycling, Reverse Logistics, Compliance Management, Environmental Awareness Campaigns, Recycling and Recovery, Data Security and Compliance, Green Underwriting, and IT Asset Management each have their own page with focused content.

02

Consistent Calls to Action

"Partner With Us" and "Request Pickup" buttons placed across the homepage and service pages, giving every visitor a clear next step.

03

Certifications Front and Centre

CPCB and UPPCB authorization clearly stated on the homepage and about page, the kind of credibility signal a B2B recycling client looks for first.

04

Resources Section

A working blog, a certificates page, and a gallery, giving the business a place to publish proof of work and build ongoing trust with visitors.

05

Faster Load Times

The pages that used to stall on load now render quickly, a critical fix for a business where slow pages were directly costing enquiries.

06

Clean, Structured Navigation

A logical menu grouping services under EPR Services and Endeavors, replacing what used to be a confusing, flat structure.

07

Mobile-Responsive Design

Fully responsive across devices, since a meaningful share of B2B decision-makers are evaluating vendors from their phone.

08

Social Proof Integration

Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube all properly linked, giving visitors more ways to verify the business is active and credible.

Tech Stack

What We Built It On

The brief here was as much a fix as a build. We needed a platform that could support a multi-service site structure, be easy for the Rajdhani Recycling team to manage going forward, and actually load fast, since speed had been one of the core problems with the previous site. WordPress with Elementor gave us the structure and the control to fix all three.

WordPress
Elementor

WordPress

The foundation. Lets the client manage and update service pages, the blog, and the gallery without needing a developer for routine changes.

Elementor

The page builder. Used to redesign every page with a cleaner, faster-loading layout and a structure built around clear calls to action.

How We Did It

From Broken to Built, Step by Step

02–03

04
  1. Week 1Audit and Structure

We started with a full audit of the existing site: every broken page, missing CTA, and performance issue was documented. From there we designed a new site architecture, grouping services logically under EPR Services and Endeavors, and planning dedicated pages for each one.

      01
    • Weeks 2 to 3Content and Design

With the structure approved, we rewrote every page from scratch and designed a cleaner, more credible visual layout. Service pages were built individually, the homepage was restructured around clear CTAs, and the resources section (blog, certificates, gallery) was added.

        02–03
      • Week 4Performance and Launch

We fixed the underlying performance issues that were causing slow load times, tested the site across devices, confirmed every CTA and link worked correctly, and reviewed the full site with the client before launch.

        The Outcome

A Website That Finally Matches the Business

Rajdhani Recycling now has a website that reflects what the business actually is: a certified, credible, multi-service e-waste recycling operation that visitors can trust and act on.

A Site Visitors Can Actually Navigate

Every service has its own page, properly explained, instead of being lost in a single generic block of text.

        02

        A Clear Path to Enquiry

Calls to action across every page mean visitors no longer land on the site with no idea what to do next.

        03

        A Faster, More Reliable Site

The performance issues that were likely costing real enquiries have been fixed at the structural level, not patched over.

        04

        A Credible First Impression

The certifications, the resources section, and the overall design now signal exactly what a CPCB and UPPCB authorized recycler should look like online.

“The business was already credible. The website just needed to stop getting in its way.”
