Web Designer & Developer

RBP Digital 360 is a growing digital marketing and web solutions company helping businesses build, improve and grow their digital presence.

We work on websites, digital marketing, SEO, social media, content and brand growth for clients across different industries.

We are looking for a Web Designer & Developer who has a strong understanding of UI/UX and modern website design and can turn good design ideas into functional, responsive websites.

For this role, design is a major part of the work. We are looking for someone who can think about how a website should look, how users will experience it, and how the design can support the business goal.

What you’ll work on

• Designing modern and user-friendly websites
• Creating website layouts and UI designs in Figma
• Developing websites using WordPress and Elementor
• Turning Figma designs into functional websites
• Improving website UI, UX and overall visual quality
• Creating responsive designs for desktop, tablet and mobile
• Working on website structure, navigation and user flow
• Choosing and maintaining appropriate typography, spacing, layouts and visual hierarchy
• Reviewing existing websites and identifying areas for design and UX improvement
• Working with the digital marketing and content team to make sure websites support business and marketing goals
• Maintaining and improving existing client websites
• Exploring new website design trends, tools and approaches

What we are looking for

• Strong understanding of UI/UX design
• Good experience with Figma
• Good understanding of modern website design
• Experience with WordPress
• Experience with Elementor
• Good eye for layout, typography, spacing, visual hierarchy and overall design consistency
• Understanding of responsive website design
• Ability to create designs that are both visually appealing and easy to use
• Ability to understand a business and design a website around its goals
• Ability to turn designs into working websites
• Good attention to detail
• Willingness to explore new design trends and approaches
• Good problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
• Good communication and teamwork skills

What we value

We are not looking for someone who simply follows a design or builds exactly what they are told.

We want someone who can look at a website and think:

“Can this be designed better?”

You should be comfortable suggesting improvements, trying new ideas and thinking about the user experience rather than focusing only on completing the task.

You don't need to know everything. A strong design sense, willingness to learn and the ability to implement your ideas matter more to us.

About the role

This is a part-time/flexible role with a fixed monthly compensation, not a traditional full-time corporate position.

RBP is currently growing alongside other commitments, and we are building it step by step with a long-term vision.

The role can work well for someone who has other commitments but can consistently contribute to RBP during the agreed working hours and take responsibility for their work.

Experience

0–2 years preferred.

Freshers with strong practical skills, good UI/UX understanding and a good portfolio are welcome to apply.
